Alberta's low electricity costs to shoot up in April

Electricity costs are set to jump significantly in April for Albertans, but the spike will only be reflected on some customers' bills. Electricity rates are set to nearly double between March and April for customers of Enmax Energy, Direct Energy and Epcor Energy, according to rates set by the Alberta Utilities Commission.
